Challenge
From surpassing our own turnaround times to developing novel assays to the Kansas City Corporate Challenge to our own Lab Week competitions, we're always looking to challenge each other and raise the bar a little higher.

Compassion
We open our hearts to those in need with the same enthusiasm we apply to our business. Our associates are known for doing the extraordinary, for example, volunteering to run tests in the middle of the night for a pediatric patient in critical condition so that the physician would be able to administer the appropriate treatment faster. Our associates have embraced Viracor-IBT's compassionate environment, making traditions of their own and working as a team to make a positive difference in the community.

Celebration
