Holiday Instructions - Memorial Day, 2013

Please be advised that major shipping providers (FedEx, UPS) will not deliver or pick up packages on
Monday, May 27, 2013, in observance of Memorial Day.

Viracor-IBT Laboratories will not be receiving or processing samples on this day. Please do not draw
the live cell specimens listed below Friday, May 24th through Monday, May 27th.

Please do not draw ImmuKnow specimens on Monday, May 27th. ImmuKnow samples can still
be drawn on Friday May 24th for receipt and processing on Saturday May 25th.

Please make note of the following special instructions to ensure specimen integrity:
• Please freeze samples with 96 hour stability (serum and plasma must be spun down and separated prior to freezing).
• Do NOT draw the following live cell tests Friday, May 24th through Monday, May 27th:

	o T cell Fx®
	o T cell Rx®
	o TLR Function
	o Lymphocyte Stimulation
	o T-Cell Receptor Excision Circle (TREC)
	o Neutrophil Oxidative Burst
	o BasoFunction
	o Intracellular Cytokine Panel
	o Natural Killer Cell Function Assay
